Volunteer Shifts and Work Areas

Basic Work Area:
Note: Not ALL work areas are available at all times.
When you click on the link to sign up, you will select the DATE you want to work (Step2).
All of the OPEN shifts for that date will appear.

Food Booth: Man a food booth: Preparation and Sales of food & beverages.
         Note: to see a list of the food booths, click on What's Cooking tab on the Main Page.

Food Assist: "Runner" help replenish supplies to food booths.

Table Clean Up: Help clean tables under blue-top.

Trash Bash: Assist in keeping the festival grounds clean.

Adults and Students: Double hours will be awarded for Trash Bash EVENING SHIFTS ONLY

• Fri 7:30-11:30 work 4 hrs, receive 8 hrs
• Sat 6:30-11:30 work 5 hrs, receive 10 hrs
• Sun 4:00- 9:00 work 5 hrs, receive 10 hrs

Softball Toss

Football Toss

Raffle: Sell festival raffle tickets at the raffle table.

Redemption: Assist the children in redeeming their winning tickets for prizes.

Security: Assist in keeping the area safe, either on festival grounds, parking lot or street areas.
You MUST ATTEND A MANDATORY MEETING on Tuesday February 9th at 7pm in
the Parish Hall to obtain this position.
