Volunteer Information
Parents, if you are
not familiar with
our work areas and
shift times,

Service Hour Policy:
Each family is
required to donate
12 hours to the
Festival. Of
the 12 hours, NINE
hours must for
worked during the
festival weekend.
The other 3 hours
may be worked doing
pre-festival
activities, or can
also be worked at
the festival.
You may have ADULT
family members or
friends donate their
hours to your family
as along as your
youngest child's
name is noted on
their sign-up form.
Because the evening
shifts are the
busiest times, We
are requesting that you sign-up to work at least one evening shift:
Friday at 7:30 PM, Saturday at 6:30 PM, Sunday at 4:00 PM.

Please do not send in duplicate forms.
There will be a
mandatory meeting
for all Security
Workers. The
security meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 9th at
7PM in the Parish
Hall. You will
receive one
pre-festival service
hour, which will be
credited toward your
Italian Festival
requirement. |
