review before you
sign up. To download the letters and forms, you must have Adobe Reader
installed on your computer. (To download Adobe Reader on your computer,
scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the icon.)

or bring to school office
(if you are not signing-up on-line)
Click on the email icon to the right
to sign-up on-line. Complete one on-line form per volunteer.
Please do not send in duplicate forms.
Confirmation of
Schedules: Regardless of which
method you choose, you must pick up and sign for your schedules.
You may do this:
- After
school from February 3rd thru February 6th, or
- At school during
After-Care, February 5th, or
- At the Pre-Sale
Ticket Table at all the Masses on the weekends of February 7th/8th and
February 14th/15th.
If you do not pick-up and sign
for your schedule, your assigned work areas will be forfeited.
There will be a
mandatory meeting
for Security Workers
on Wednesday, Feb 11th, 2009 at 7PM in the Parish Hall. |
