Letter to Parents of Jr. High Student Volunteers

Volunteer form to fill-out and mail in or bring to school office
(if you are not signing-up on-line)

Click on the mailbox icon to the right to sign-up on-line. Complete one on-line form per volunteer. Please do not send in duplicate forms.
Confirmation of Schedules: Regardless of which method you choose, you must pick up and sign for your schedules.  You may do this:

• After school from February 5th thru February 8th, or
• At school during After-Care, February 5th thru February 7th, or
• At the Pre-Sale Ticket Table at all the Masses on the weekends of February 9th/10th and February 16th/17th.

If you do not pick-up and sign for your schedule, your assigned work areas will be forfeited. 

As an added incentive for working the Sunday 4:30 - 9:00 shift, you will be credited with 6 service hours. This applies only to the Sunday 4:30 shift.
