- Inside Marketplace — $200.00
- Inside Marketplace (w/ electricity) — $250.00

- Outside Marketplace (no electricity) — $300.00 (Outside area will be fenced off and locked after hours. There will be security on-site before, during, and after festival hours. As a precaution, please lock up your valuables and understand that St. Coleman Italian Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.)
All vendors are required to provide their own tables and chairs. Tents are not allowed inside Parish Hall or underneath walkway. 10×10 tents are MANDATORY in the outside marketplace. The festival runs Friday through Sunday and vendors must be present every day. Set-up is scheduled on Thursday afternoon before the festival. St. Coleman will have classes on Friday and we do not permit set-up during that time or after the festival opens.
Electricity: There is a limited number of booths with electricity. The outlets are marked on the registration page. We cannot guarantee electricity to vendors and must comply with all City of Pompano Beach fire codes.
Parking: Parking is not reserved for vendors. It is available first come first served or we have a premium parking option.
NOTE: We reserve the right to ask you to remove anything that is inappropriate for the Catholic school environment and/or not listed on your registration. Registration and payment of fees hereby releases and forever discharges St. Coleman Catholic Church and Archdiocese of Miami, its representatives, officers, heirs, and assigns, event sponsors, volunteers and any other individuals assisting with the festival from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with this festival.
