RAFFLE RULES & REGULATIONS

  •  Suggested donation of $50 (3 tickets) or $100 (10 tickets) to enter raffle to win your choice of (A) New 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Sport 4×4 vin #1C4HJXAG4PW546084 (valued up to $43,000) or (B) $20,000 cash.

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate. Winnings are nontransferable. Valid form of identification is required.

  • Raffle ticket sales will begin January 2023 and will end on February 19, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Drawing will be held on February 19, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the main parking lot in front of Parish Hall at St. Coleman Catholic Church, 1200 S. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida 33062.

  • Winner shall be selected at random. Winner need not be present to win.

  • Winner will be contacted by phone to the number provided at time of entry within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners have 30 days (“claim period”) from the time of the drawing to show proof of winning ticket, valid identification and claim prize at St. Coleman Parish Office. If Winner does not claim prize within the claim period, the prize will be forfeited and kept for the benefit of St. Coleman Catholic Church.

  • Winner is subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws, guidelines and taxes.

  • No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or to win. Limited to one (1) free ticket per eligible participant and entry subject to all raffle rules and regulations (photo identification required). Free tickets must be registered in person at Joey Accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Dealership located at 909 S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 between the hours of 9AM and 9PM, Monday through Thursday, Friday 9AM – 8PM, Saturday 9AM – 7PM, Sunday 11AM – 6PM, excluding holidays.
